- Individual account data: name, phone number, email (optional), language preference.
- Business account data: company name, commercial registry number, tax card number, contact details, delivery address, city, estimated monthly volume.
- Order data: items ordered, shipping address, payment method, order amount, date, delivery status, customer notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, error logs for security and service improvement.
We do not store your card details. All card payments are processed via Paymob, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of contract: processing orders, delivery, and invoicing.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Explicit consent: for marketing messages.
- Legal obligation: retaining invoices for tax purposes (minimum 5 years).

- Send order status updates via WhatsApp and/or email (depending on account type).
- Respond to support enquiries and account notifications.
- Improve the site and service (aggregated internal analytics — no external tracking).

6. Sharing with Third Parties
We share your data only where operationally necessary:
- Courier partners: customer name, phone, and delivery address (to deliver the order).
- Paymob: billing data and order amount (to process card payments).
- Whats360: phone number and notification content (to send WhatsApp messages).
- Hostinger SMTP: email address and message body (to send transactional email).
- Government authorities: upon explicit legal request or tax obligation.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
7. Data Retention
- Active account data: retained for the duration of your account activity.
- Invoices and financial records: 5 years from the transaction date (tax obligation).
- On account deletion request: we anonymise personal data after the legal retention period expires, while preserving invoice numbers for audit.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Law 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention).
- Object to specific processing or unsubscribe from marketing notifications.
